 The equivalent of every household in the UK has a Netflix subscription. Basic £4.99 per month £60 per annum (year) Netflix productions are financed using this income but most profit goes to shareholders not creators or actors. Netflix changed its accounting procedures and now pays tax in the UK.  If a household spent £60 pa on  occupants healthy living mental well being The NHS could be better off Consider replacing Netflix, an American company, with any other prominent Private company and the expenditure would be better spent but UK voters continue to support non-UK businesses.  Many of these voters complain about (Im)migrants, many of whom keep UK public funded services running, not helping the UK. One of the protagonists of this message was jailed this week.  Since posting my entry to Rasselbock Backyard Ultra it has been a month. Sunday September 13th 2025 is D Day. After asking the Rasselbock crew for BYU tips I embarked on training. So this month has included - more long runs - using the format (6.7k loops) - eating on the move - 40-50 min per loop - 10 min rest period - walk/run strategy - incl. hills to build quad strength - running at different times/in dark See Strava below for actual training. New shoes purchased today for going forward. Hoka Skyward X (see photo below). Political leaders, Business Leaders The 'Free World's Money Powerful Institutional cohort of Billionaires, Neo-liberal Ideology and Pro-Private Capitalism. Their, and others, decision-making directs ALL of our thinking and doing. We are subjects, slaves, workers, not Citizens. The facade of Democracy is just the latest in a long line of political systems to maintain a hierarchy within the human population. Presiding over an unacknowledged cadre of humans that ineffectively propel humankind into the future is no mean feat. Ineffective because they are not resolving poverty, war, famine but overproducing unnecessary products for the purpose of profit for a handful of humans.
