 Since posting my entry to Rasselbock Backyard Ultra it has been a month.

Sunday September 13th 2025 is D Day.

After asking the Rasselbock crew for BYU tips I embarked on training. So this month has included

- more long runs

- using the format (6.7k loops)

- eating on the move

- 40-50 min per loop

- 10 min rest period

- walk/run strategy

- incl. hills to build quad strength

- running at different times/in dark

New shoes purchased today for going forward. Hoka Skyward X (see photo below).

I will continue to include Parkrun, most Saturdays, so say hello if you spot me.
