  Try to create a post that has no popular (to you) reference point 🤔 That's not weird. AI will probably change it? GO!! Yesterday I pretty much did nothing worth mentioning. No Photo. No Meme. No location. No names. Because I am not important and neither are the people referenced. The people not referenced/mentioned are important because they are spending their time plotting the demise of the planet, the next massive money making thing, paying people to make other people to do the things that make them money. The ones on the internet, TV, etc. are still not the important ones. Their religion, race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, colour, politics does not matter. They can succeed in a system that supports them anyway. So long as it produces profit or helps produce profit it is acceptable. The rest is bluff, nonsense and/or a smokescreen. So while I type this and post it they have made more money than I can even think of the size of the number and they do...

 Deep in the jungle of the UK tribes live a simple life in harmony with nature. This is history not The Future.  Except Class Wars are not raging on the streets of England. And soon it will be The Right Wing raging on the streets of England, again.  The government may have acted swiftly to charge many of them but..... USA/Trump agenda to keep them Numero Uno is create confusion about which Class is important. The immigrants are stopping (a) Class achieving their 'just rights'.  THEY ARE NOT!!! The only Class stopping You is The Wealthy, Powerful, in charge Class. Be it Business, Government, Sport, Culture, Etc. Now that is the stark truth. There are no conspiracies, no alien abductions, no flat earth. What there is in human evolution on Planet Earth is hierarchy based on wealth, privilege and assets. Gain an asset by any means and become powerful. Misuse that power to gain more assets and control other humans. Continue. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.  The last month has been mainly about niggles and cold virus. But took to walking and back to bike until ice and snow arrived. On the plus side managed two Parkruns to end the North Derbyshire Running Club Parkrun league. Finished in top 30 (Bronze league).  Also did planned Jamie Glazebrook's First Light Active Black Moon Half marathon. Out and back mainly on Five Pits trail, Derbyshire, with a bit of woodland. Different race starting light, at 3pm, finishing in dark with a nice firepit, drinks and goodies at the end. Managed a steady split to finish in 2'06, matching my time for last half in 2019! So BYU format training has been on hold. Physio advice last week is ok to run but slow, 11 min miles, and increase distance more in balance.  Marshalled at Rasselbock Sherwood Pines Day One, yesterday. Great experience chatting and meeting fellow Rasselbockers/Runners. Amazed at the cross section of people taking part. The loop course means regularly seeing runners whilst mars...
