If you look objectively they all cited a group of people being The Problem. Try this one 'The Rich' many arrived on boats, many wheeled and dealed (lied) to reach their fortune. However, they are not Del Boy, well known East Ender that arrived on a boat up the Thames. So when you say Boat Remember before trains, planes and automobiles boats brought many people to UK shores. Many of them stayed, didn't you. Many of them created children with other people. Ancestry, Archaeology and records show it to be true. So take your idea that boat people are not welcome or not needed and think , I know you prefer not too, but try God gave you a brain - use it. Or follow Rich liers protecting their ill gotten gai...

 Yet again a headline divides a nation. The truth, as it is with every asset the human world over. A handful of humans own, and profit from, the majority of assets be they land, property, Oil, Gas, Electricity, homes, Data, AI, etc. Meanwhile the majority of humans whether poor, relatively wealthy (cash), working, not working, gender of choice, and any other label are asset free, income dependent, making ends meet whilst watching the elite tells us, using their media outlets how to behave, speak, act.  Supporting these humans is supporting their exploitation of all of us. They will protest and claim their innocence, how they provide jobs/income, pay tax to help, etc. But ultimately they oppress us in order to increase/maintain their wealth in their system created to stop us breaking it.  The law is an ass. Democracy is a sham. Liberalism/ Reformism will not deliver because it's not their idea until they are forced to concede.  There cannot be a non-violent revolution...

 Hi. Month 2 of training for Rasselbock BYU September 13th 2025 Hardwick Hall. Loop training has dropped off, until today, due to symptoms of virus. Took life a little easier and fortunately no proper full on cold, etc. Family were not so lucky. Maybe jab helped. Maintaining 50k weekly target, eating salted nuts on long runs, no drinks yet. Enjoying challenge of doing a parkrun every week, one an effort for club league. This has included post pub crawl and gigs. Back story part 1. Been a runner since secondary school, early 70's jogging boom, joined Gateshead Harriers in 1974, aged 14, with two friends. Coach was famously Stan Long, Brendan Fosters coach in his hey day.  Back to now. I need to know - how many calories/kg to consume for energy - how much water/salt for hydration I continue to use suggestions from previous post.  If someone wrote an article or book claiming ........? People would believe it and react thus legitimizing it.  So here goes....... Squirrels have a plan to go absolutely nuts. Meanwhile,  Not a million miles away the hearsay uses drums, and other forms of communication, to indoctrinate enough people with the idea that  - governments are important and their leaders - big business leaders, otherwise known as wealthy people, influence us without the need to vote - life is all about money - we are all individuals who can set up a profit making entity and become somebody - there are groups of people in society who prevent us succeeding Only time will tell which of these is the truth or They are all true and the point is to ignore them and pursue an alternative as a beacon of hope?
