How many inquiries?

How many people vote?

I know belief.

If you believe they work then they work.

I believe The Rich rule our lives not politicians.

I believe ONLY the people who believe this can stop them.

You do not have to agree with me or stand with me or talk to me you can do your own thing just like they do/did.

The future is bright if you don't take them on, because you comply.

You can 

write about it

sing about it

dance about it

read about it

watch it

hear about it

and do nothing about it.

YOU CAN IGNORE IT!!

So whilst your reading this The Rich, maybe you know one of them, you probably work for one or more of them, you are likely to support lots of their products/services, you may even dislike one of them (Ashley) but they are still getting richer.

So let me get this straight

I wake up go to work and I make money for them? Yep what have you bought? I don't vote to restrict them? Yep governments are created to meditate between us and them. It saves them beating us with a stick or more precisely asking someone else, who dutifully, beats us with a stick and of course, denied it. Slavery.

Therefore I conclude, your honour, that I was wrong to question the master and I deserved to be beaten by the person who denies it therefore I must have inflicted these injuries myself. Send me down. 

Reflecting in my cell I consider this turn of events.

Will anyone be prosecuted for the 

Crimes of Grenfell, the Post Office, paedophilia, etc.

Well justice will make allowances and somebody should pay but who?

But this has happened before not once or twice but many times. So people your faith in the system is unwarranted. It is but blind faith because to have no faith required effort to change the system not be compliant.

The interview with Prince Andrew required not playing by the rules according to the drama Scoop. However, he alleged paid £12m to the accuser and remains out of jail.

Grenfell victims will have to wait another 18 months according to the Met Police for a potential criminal prosecution even though The Inquiry unequivocally lays the blame at Private Companies and the local authority.

Oh it's because Tories were in charge.NO ITS NOT!!!!

These events go back since the dawn of time. The Rich avoid prosecution by the system they created. There's a story, not.

So whilst I do nothing, waste my time, think too much, retired leisure animal, these events continue to shock, keep you in your place, make sure you know your limits and disappoint you. But what can you do.

STOP COMPLYING. I am trying.

 So my 12 month journey to my first Backyard Ultra, at age 62, is over. Saturday 13th September. 10 am set off on first lap of Rasselbock BYU Hardwick. Having assembled a crew of friends and practised avidly the event was now real.  I had adopted and practised a mindset that does not set a limit but also takes account of where you are at so as to be aware of realistic personal aims. I did not make this known. All I said was minimum 8 laps (hours).  My actual ultra distance achievement before was 40 miles in 2023. My approach of 3 mins walk, 3 min jog acted as my basic approach in the absence of chatting to other participants, singing to myself, saying hello to marshals and passers by. BYU Blog 11

 Well having managed to do 7 laps in 6 hours at Hardwick Hobble and my second slow marathon of the year I thought why not build on that. So since week after marathon I set a programme of 9 weeks of 60k per week. Then three week taper to BYU. In the middle of week four I have adapted to accommodate home life, general health and energy levels. Whilst testing endurance consecutive days long run/shorter run, including race days, using Parkrun with pre-run and just 10k every day, one rest day. Walking nearly every day continues as does taichi and strength and stretch work. Not forgetting plenty rest in my retired, life of Riley according to some style. #milestogether blog continues to provide insight to the byu/ultra world. Restoring French Chateaux

 The restoration of chateaus in France, by some of the British, is a slight on the French revolutionaries. The fact that a TV programme highlights and praises their efforts is ironic. Their reinstating of 'business as usual'   by becoming the Lord or Lady of their manor is a real smack in the gob for the history of the French Revolution. I know many of you will say I am jealous, moaning and other more derogatory languages but imagine French people restoring castles in the UK. Well maybe not because unfortunately the British revolution failed to dismantle the prevailing order. They still own the 'chateaus' Stately Homes, charge us to visit them and their grandeur. You see history does help explain our current state. We are still slaves, living under the illusion of democracy and expecting them to solve the problems they created.
